Eric also mentors less experienced colleagues, sharing his knowledge generously. His financial acumen helps the company save money to keep rates low, while ensuring safe, reliable water services and addressing issues promptly. His passion for the industry is evident in his engagement with all departments, making him a respected and valued team member.
