Kendra Rose

Health, Safety and Environment Director, Corix Group of Companies

At Corix, Kendra Rose IS safety. She’s an exceptional leader who promotes employee safety while ensuring the highest water quality standards for customers.

Her ability to manage both areas, treated as separate roles in most organizations, sets her apart as a critical asset for the company. Kendra is also a joint leader of our “Disabilities in the Workplace” Employee Resource Group (ERG). This ERG creates a sense of belonging for employees with a unique shared experience. She advocates for differently abled people while promoting disability inclusion and allyship.

Kendra is instrumental in finding ways to engage and empower all levels of the company directly in safety activities. She navigates the complexities of regulatory compliance while spearheading long-term projects such as the removal and replacement of lead service line pipes and the expanded regulation and monitoring of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Her tireless work safeguards the health of our customers and employees alike.

“Kendra has never once made my jurisdiction’s matters feel like a burden or outside her scope. She’s always had not just the patience but the genuine interest in understanding what’s going on with my operation almost 2,200 miles away. She never makes anyone feel small or isolated, which can be a real area of disconnect in the era of hybrid-remote work. She’s a supportive team member and is a true leader I’m proud to work alongside,” said Corix Group of Companies Health, Safety and Environment Advisor Cassie White.
